Your satisfaction with Efficert Academy’s services and products is our ultimate goal. If you are not satisfied for any reason then you can ask for a cancellation, and we will try our best to meet your expectations based on the following criteria:

How to ask for a Refund?

Write to info@efficertacademy.com and simply ask for a refund. Please tell us the First Name, Last Name and Email Address on your account. Our support team usually processes your refund request within 10 business days (Monday – Friday). Once the refund is processed by us, it may take up to 10 business days for the money to be returned to your account because banks are often slow in processing refunds. Please be patient.

1) Instructor-Led (in-person or Virtual live Training)

This will include any of Efficert Academy’s instructor-led training of any kind, and where the registrant has already paid for the class. All cancellations and reschedules must be notified over email to info@efficertacademy.com.

1-1) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY CUSTOMER

  • Cancellations received more than 30 days to the training start day would be offered a refund after a 10% (of the original, not discounted, course fee) charge. 
  • Cancellations received 30 days to 10 days remaining to the training would be offered a refund after deducting a 20%  (of the original, not discounted, course fee) charge. 
  • Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to class and no-shows would not be offered a refund nor any type of future training credits.
  • Reschedules received more than 30 days to the class would be credited to a future training date (no direct refund).
  • Reschedules received less than 30 days would be credited to a future training after deducting a 10%  (of the original, not discounted, course fee) charge.) If the student’s balance is not sufficient for future courses, the student must pay the remaining.
  • Registrant substitutions may be made for any future time.
  • Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend a training, you would not be offered a refund nor will the amount be credited to a future training.

1-2) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULED BY EFFICERT ACADEMY

  • Efficert Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time and for any reason including but not limited to insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, etc or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You are advised to consult and receive a response from an Efficert Academy agent prior to making any travel arrangements for the training.
  • Efficert Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special loss or damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to penalties owing to transportation or accommodation arrangements, etc..
  • Registrants would not be charged for the training and would be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the wish of the registrant.
  • All course paid fees will be fully refunded back to the registrant if the cancellation has been initiated by EffiCert Academy. This process might take up to one month.

2) E-LEARNING  (PAID PARTICIPANT):

This will include registrant applications to any of our listed e-learning programs. (Non-live instructor-led) trainings. All cancellations must be notified over email.

2-1)CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

  • Within 48 hours of registration and before accumulating 30 minutes of training, full refund or transfer to another online course.
  • After 12 hours of training, no refund will be provided.
  • Extension of an e-learning program could be provided for a maximum of two weeks, provided the official request is made before the course expires. If more extension is required, the student is required to pay 50% of the course fee.
  • If a product is purchased through Efficert Academy but belongs to our partners i.e PMaspire, the partner’s refund policy will be valid for the e-learning products i.e Online Courses

2-2) 100% MONEY-BACK conditions:

EffiCert Academy guarantees the in-person course attendees Exam pass and is committed to a 100% credit back if:

  • The course has been labeled as “100% Money-Back (Conditions apply)”
  • The student has purchased at least one additional Exam simulator or one set of Exam questions on top of the course so EffiCert Academy can ensure they have practiced enough.
  • The student has written the Exam within 20 days after the last day of the course and has failed the Exam.

If the above conditions apply, the student will be offered another chance to sit for the next course for FREE. The next course will be defined by EffiCert Academy, and the student will be assigned to the course based on EffiCert Academy’s decision and priorities.

Note: The above conditions are only applicable to the in-person courses that are labeled as “100% Money-Back (Conditions Apply)”

3) Exam Simulator

As we are using our partner’s Exam Simulator (PMaspire), their refund policy for Exam Simulators will be valid.

  • A 100% refund will be made in case of a canceling the subscription within 24 hours of activation.
  • A 50% refund will be made in case of canceling the subscription within 72 hours of activation.
  • If cancellation is done after 72 hours of subscribtion then no refund will be made.
  • In case PMaspire cancels the subscription within 72 hours then a 100% refund will be made.

Please Note:

  • Refunds may or may not incur a 5% deduction due to bank charges applicable during the refund process.
